Ordering

How do I place an order?

The steps below explain how you can order your favorite item(s).

  1. Find the desired item on www.JOSHV.com.

  2. Click the “ADD TO CART” button to place the item in your shopping cart.

  3. Then go to your shopping cart by clicking “GO TO CART” in the top right corner of your screen.

  4. Do you have a discount code or gift card? Enter it in the bottom left under the corresponding section.

  5. To complete your order, click the “SECURE CHECKOUT” button.

  6. Then follow all steps in the checkout process.

  7. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us and we will start processing your parcel.

TIP: When placing your order, create your JOSH V account right away so you can view all your details and orders afterwards.

How do I know that my order was successfully processed?

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email at the email address you provided.

When your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a second email containing the track & trace code. With this code, you can easily track your order all the way to delivery.

Can I still change or cancel my order after confirmation?

Once your order has been confirmed, unfortunately it is no longer possible to change or cancel it.
This means that neither the delivery address nor the selected items can be adjusted.

The item I want is sold out. Will it be restocked / return to the collection?

The items from our JV Essentials collection are regularly restocked. For other collections, this varies per item.

Would you like to stay informed when your favorite item is back in stock? Sign up for the Back in Stock notification. You will automatically receive an email as soon as the item is available again in the webshop.

How it works:

  1. Go to the product page of the desired item.

  2. Select the desired colour and size.

  3. Enter your e-mail address and press “OK”.

How do I find the perfect size for my JOSH V look?

To find the right size, please use our size chart. The size chart can be found on the product page of all items.
