Ordering

How do I place an order?

The steps below show you how to order your favourite item(s).

  1. Look up the desired product on www.JOSHV.com.

  2. Select the desired colour and size on the product page.

  3. Click on the “ADD TO CART” button to add the item to your shopping cart.

  4. Then go to the shopping cart by clicking on the “TO SHOPPING CART” button at the top right of your screen.

  5. Do you have a discount code or gift card? Don’t forget to enter the code on the bottom left-hand corner.

  6. To complete your order, click on the “SECURE ORDER” button.

  7. Now go through all the steps in the payment area.

  8. As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

TIP: Create your JOSH V account directly when ordering, so that you can easily view all your details and orders afterwards.

How do I know that my order was successfully processed?

As soon as your order has been successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. When your parcel has left our warehouse, you will receive a second e-mail containing the track and trace code. With this code you can track your parcel until delivery.

Can I change/cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to change or cancel it.

The item I want is no longer in stock. Will it be restocked?

The items from the JV Essentials collection are regularly restocked. For the other collections this differs per item.

By registering yourself for the back-in-stock-notification of the desired item, you will receive an email as soon as the item is back in stock. By following the steps below, you can easily add yourself to the back-in-stock mailing list.

  1. Go to the product page of the desired item.

  2. Select the desired colour and size.

  3. Enter your e-mail address and press “OK”.

Is it possible to reserve items?

Unfortunately it is not possible to reserve items. An item is not reserved until your order has been completed.

It may happen that an item disappears from your shopping cart, because it is no longer in stock. You will always receive a pop up notification if this is the case.

How can I find the right size?

To find the right size, call in the help of our sizing tool. This tool combines the sizes you have inserted with the product measurements. This will give you a personal size advice. The sizing tool can be found on the product page of all items.
