On JOSHV.com, you can redeem your voucher or discount code during checkout. In our JOSH V brand stores, you can tell one of our Sales Advisors that you have an active voucher or discount code in your account. It is possible to combine multiple vouchers.

Yes, it’s possible to combine vouchers with one personal discount code or promotion.

First, check whether the code has been entered correctly and whether the promotion is still valid. Please keep in mind that discount codes are often linked to specific terms and conditions. Still not working? Feel free to contact our customer service we’re happy to help you.

Choose the “Credit card” option at checkout. Enter your name, One4all card number, CCV code, and expiry date. In the next payment screen, select the VISA payment option (recognizable by the VISA logo). Enter your One4all card number, CCV code, and expiry date again.

You can find these card details under the scratch layer on the back of your One4all / Fashion Cadeau / Woon Cadeau gift card. Please note: you can make online purchases up to a maximum of €50 per transaction with the balance on your One4all gift card. Want to spend more? Then purchase a JOSH V e-gift card and pay for it in the shopping cart with your One4all gift card: https://joshv.com/jv-gift-card.

In addition, it’s not possible to make a partial payment with a One4all gift card. This means the total amount of your order must be equal to or lower than the balance on your One4all card.

If you want to buy something that costs more than the balance on your One4all card, we recommend the following:

Buy a JOSH V gift card for the value of your available balance via https://joshv.com/jv-gift-card. Then use this JOSH V gift card at checkout on our website, so you can easily pay the remaining amount using another payment method.

Unfortunately, it may happen that your order is declined by Klarna. Due to privacy reasons, Klarna does not share the reason for the refusal with JOSH V. For more information about the decline, we recommend contacting Klarna’s customer service directly. You can do so via www.klarna.com/nl/klantenservice or by phone at +31 (0)20 808 28 52.

To still receive your order, we advise placing a new order and choosing a different payment method.
