Can I redeem multiple discount codes in one order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to redeem more than one discount code in your order. However, it is possible to combine your discount code with one or more gift card(s).
My discount code does not work. What should I do now?
If you are unable to redeem your discount code, we recommend that you carefully check the steps below.
Please make sure that you have entered the code correctly without any spaces left at the end of the gift card code.
Is the discount code still valid?
Is the discount code valid on the items in your shopping cart?
It is not possible to redeem more than one discount code per order. If you have already entered a discount code, the second discount code will unfortunately not be accepted.

Which payment methods are available?
JOSH V offers you a safe shopping experience. This is guaranteed by Thuiswinkel. Your order can be completed using the payment methods below.
iDeal (only for Dutch customers)
This payment method allows you to pay for your order directly within the familiar internet environment of your bank. The purchase amount will be deducted directly from your bank account.
Bancontact (only for Belgian customers)
This payment method allows you to pay for your order directly within the familiar internet environment of your bank. The purchase amount will be deducted directly from your bank account.
Klarna (only for Dutch, Belgian and German customers)
Through Klarna you can safely pay for your order afterwards. This payment method costs €1.95 and is available for customers aged 18 and over. Klarna offers the possibility of paying for your order within 30 days. Paying after receiving the order is not possible for everyone. Your order might get refused by Klarna. Due to privacy reasons, the reason for the refusal will not be released to JOSH V by Klarna.
Credit card
By choosing the credit card option in the payment area, you can postpone the payment of your order. When paying for your order, choose the credit card company you are with. Then follow the steps in the familiar internet environment of your credit card company.
PayPal
PayPal is a convenient method to complete your order quickly and free of charge. The only thing you need to have is a valid PayPal account with a linked payment card. You can follow the steps in the familiar PayPal environment.
Fashioncheque
You can pay (part of) your order with a fashioncheque voucher. As of 1 July 2020, the European Anti-Money Laundering Directive AMLD5 has been incorporated into the Dutch law. The introduction of this law has consequences for paying online with a fashioncheque. You can now pay a maximum of €50 online with a fashioncheque. The remaining amount can be paid with one of the other payment methods.
Can I redeem multiple gift cards in one order?
Yes, it’s possible to redeem multiple gift cards in one go. It’s also possible to combine your gift card(s) with a discount code.
My gift card is not working. What should I do now?
If you are unable to redeem your gift card, please make sure that you have entered the code correctly without any spaces left at the end of the gift card code.

I can’t seem to pay with Klarna. What should I do now?
Unfortunately, it can happen that your order is refused by Klarna. Due to privacy reasons, the reason for the refusal will not be disclosed to JOSH V by Klarna. For more information about the refusal, please contact Klarna’s customer service.
In order to receive your order anyway, we advise you to place a new order and choose a different payment method.
