Legal guarantee

When you purchase a product within the European Union, you are entitled to a minimum two-year legal guarantee. This means that a product must meet the standards you can reasonably expect. If a product is not as described or does not function properly due to a defect that was already present at the time of delivery, you may be entitled to claim under the legal guarantee.

Depending on the situation, you are entitled to a free repair or replacement. In some cases, a partial or full refund may apply.

Have you received a product that does not meet your expectations? Please contact the seller as soon as possible and keep your proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice or bank statement, at hand.

The legal guarantee is separate from any commercial guarantees offered by a seller or manufacturer. A commercial guarantee may provide additional protection, but it does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.

The exact guarantee period and conditions may vary by European country.
