If you placed your order on a business day before 22:00, we will ship your package on the same day (excluding Sundays and holidays).
Once your package has been sorted by the carrier in the sorting center, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking code, allowing you to track your package.
*Please note! During the sale period or other promotions, the delivery of your package may take longer than usual. Once your package has been sorted by the carrier, you will receive the tracking details by email. Keep an eye on these for up-to-date information about your package.
As soon as your order has been successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. When your parcel has left our warehouse, you will receive a second e-mail containing the track and trace code. With this code you can track your parcel until delivery.
The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany:
If you place an order above €50.00, you don’t have to pay any shipping costs. If you place an order with a total amount below €50.00, shipping costs of €4.99 will be charged.
Other countries:
The shipping costs for shipments outside the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany will be shown during the completion of your order.
Unfortunately, it may happen that your package has been delayed by the carrier. We therefore advise you to first carefully check the track and trace information.

Always check upon receipt whether your JOSH V package is undamaged. If the package shows visible damage, we advise you to refuse it and immediately report this to the delivery driver.
