Shipment & delivery

When will my order be shipped?

Did you place your order on a working day before 22:00? Then we will ship it the same day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Once your parcel has been sorted by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including a track & trace code. This allows you to easily track your order.

Please note: During sale periods or other promotional campaigns, delivery may take a little longer than you are used to. Once you receive your track & trace, you can follow the current status of your parcel.

What are the shipping costs at JOSH V?

When you place an order over €50.00, you don’t pay any shipping costs. If you place an order with a total amount below €50.00, shipping costs of €4.99 will be charged.

I haven’t received my parcel yet. What can I do?

Unfortunately, it can happen that your parcel is delayed with the carrier. In that case, first check the track & trace carefully for the most up-to-date delivery information.

Has your order still not been delivered after a few days? Then please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible via [email protected] or by phone at +31 (0)20 218 48 21. We will then immediately start an investigation with the carrier.

Please note: carriers have a limited time window in which they can carry out an investigation. Once this period has passed, unfortunately we can’t take any further steps.

What should I do if my JOSH V package is damaged when received?

Always check upon delivery that your JOSH V parcel is undamaged. If the parcel shows visible damage, we advise you to refuse it and report this to the delivery driver immediately. Then contact our customer service team within 5 working days. You can reach us by email at [email protected] or by phone at +31 (0)20 218 48 21.

When contacting us by email, always include a clear photo of the damaged parcel so we can help you as quickly as possible.
