How do I redeem my voucher?
On JOSHV.com, you redeem your voucher at checkout. In the brand stores, you can inform the store staff that you have an active voucher in your account. It’s possible to combine multiple vouchers with each other.
Can I redeem my vouchers in combination with other discount codes/promotions?
Yes, it is possible to combine vouchers with one personal discount code/promotion.
What payment methods are available?
At JOSH V, you shop safely and securely. Your order can be completed using the following payment methods:
iDeal
With this payment method, you pay for your order directly within your bank’s trusted online environment. The purchase amount is debited from your bank account immediately.
Bancontact (for Belgian customers only)
With this payment method, you pay for your order directly within your bank’s trusted online environment. The purchase amount is debited from your bank account immediately.
Apple Pay
Easily pay for your order using Apple Pay. You can select this payment method during checkout.
Klarna – Pay Later
With “Pay Later,” you pay for your order after you have received it.
Enter your name, address, email address, and other basic details you always have at hand, and pay when it suits you within the 30-day payment term.
Paying afterwards with Klarna is safe and easy. You will find the payment details on the invoice you receive from Klarna. Of course, you can always look up the payment details by logging into the Klarna app.
In the Klarna app, you can view and manage all your orders and payments. Download it for full control and to never miss a payment.
Credit Card
By selecting the credit card option during checkout, you can postpone your payment. Choose the credit card provider you are registered with and follow the steps within the trusted online environment of that provider.
PayPal
PayPal is a convenient way to complete your order quickly and at no cost. All you need is a valid PayPal account linked to a payment card. Follow the steps in PayPal’s secure environment.
Sofort
SOFORT Banking is a simple and commonly used payment method abroad. It is similar to an online bank transfer, though not a direct transfer of funds.
Fashioncheque
You can pay (part of) your order with a Fashioncheque. Please note: as of July 1, 2020, the European anti-money laundering directive AMLD5 has been implemented in Dutch law. This affects online payments with Fashioncheque. You can pay a maximum of €50 per online transaction using Fashioncheque. The remaining amount can be paid with one of the other payment methods.
One4all
How do I use the One4all / Fashion Gift / Woon Cadeau gift card as a payment method on the website?
At checkout, select the 'Credit Card' option. Enter your name, One4all card number, CVV code, and expiry date. In the next payment window, choose the VISA payment option — this is recognizable by the VISA logo. Enter your One4all card number, CVV code, and expiry date again.
You’ll find these card details under the scratch-off layer on the back of your One4all / Fashion Gift / Woon Cadeau gift card.
Please note: you can use up to €50 per online transaction with the balance on your One4all gift card. Want to spend more? Then purchase a JOSH V e-gift card and pay for it in your shopping cart with your One4all gift card: https://joshv.com/jv-gift-card.
My discount code isn’t working. What should I do now?
When you're unable to redeem your discount code, we recommend checking the following steps:
Did you enter the discount code correctly, without any spaces at the end of the code?
Is the discount code still valid?
Is the discount code valid on the items in your shopping cart?
It is not possible to redeem more than one discount code per order. Have you already entered another discount code? If so, the second code will unfortunately not be accepted.

Can I redeem multiple gift cards in a single order?
Yes, it is possible to redeem multiple gift cards in a single order. You can also use your gift card(s) in combination with a discount code.
My gift card isn’t working. What should I do now?
When you're unable to redeem your gift card, we recommend checking whether the code has been entered correctly. Make sure the spelling is accurate and that no spaces were accidentally copied after the code.
Is the code spelled correctly but still not working? Then feel free to contact us so we can take a look with you.
How do I use the One4all gift card on the website?
How do I use the One4all / Fashion Gift / Woon Cadeau gift card as a payment method on the website?
At checkout, select the 'Credit Card' option. Enter your name, One4all card number, CVV code and expiry date. In the next payment window, choose the VISA payment option – you can recognize it by the VISA logo. Then enter your One4all card number, CVV code and expiry date again.
You will find these card details underneath the scratch-off layer on the back of your One4all / Fashion Gift / Woon Cadeau gift card.
Please note: with the balance on your One4all gift card, you can make an online purchase of up to €50 per transaction. Would you like to spend more? Then purchase the JOSH V e-gift card and pay for it in your shopping cart with your One4all gift card: https://joshv.com/jv-gift-card.
I’m unable to pay with Klarna. What should I do now?
Unfortunately, it may happen that your order is declined by Klarna. For privacy reasons, Klarna does not share the reason for the refusal with JOSH V. For more information about the rejection, we recommend contacting Klarna’s customer service. Visit www.klarna.com/nl/klantenservice or call them on +31 (0)20 808 28 52.
To still receive your order, we recommend placing a new order and selecting a different payment method.
