Unfortunately, it is not possible to redeem more than one discount code in your order. However, it is possible to combine your discount code with one or more gift card(s).

If you are unable to redeem your discount code, we recommend that you carefully check the steps below.

1. Please make sure that you have entered the code correctly without any spaces left at the end of the gift card code.

2. Is the discount code still valid?

3. Is the discount code valid on the items in your shopping cart?

4. It is not possible to redeem more than one discount code per order. If you have already entered a discount code, the second discount code will unfortunately not be accepted.

iDeal (only for Dutch customers)
This payment method allows you to pay for your order directly within the familiar internet environment of your bank. The purchase amount will be deducted directly from your bank account.

Bancontact (only for Belgian customers)
This payment method allows you to pay for your order directly within the familiar internet environment of your bank. The purchase amount will be deducted directly from your bank account.

Apple Pay
Easily pay for your order by using Apple Pay. The payment method can be selected in the checkout process.

Klarna - Pay Now
Pay Now is a flexible payment method where you can choose between an online bank transfer or a direct debit.

Klarna - Pay in 3 Installments
With Klarna's "Pay in 3 Installments," you can pay for your order in 3 equal parts. Payments will be automatically deducted every 30 days from the registered credit card or linked bank account until the order is fully paid off. You can change your registered card or bank account in the Klarna App. If "Pay in 3 Installments" is available for your order, you can select this option during checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Klarna with the dates of the scheduled payments, and the first payment will be deducted.

You can view and manage all your Klarna orders and payments in the Klarna app. Download the Klarna app for complete control and never miss a payment.

Credit card
By choosing the credit card option in the payment area, you can postpone the payment of your order. When paying for your order, choose the credit card company you are with. Then follow the steps in the familiar internet environment of your credit card company.

PayPal
PayPal is a convenient method to complete your order quickly and free of charge. The only thing you need to have is a valid PayPal account with a linked payment card. You can follow the steps in the familiar PayPal environment.

Fashioncheque
You can pay (part of) your order with a fashioncheque voucher. As of 1 July 2020, the European Anti-Money Laundering Directive AMLD5 has been incorporated into the Dutch law. The introduction of this law has consequences for paying online with a fashioncheque. You can now pay a maximum of €50 online with a fashioncheque. The remaining amount can be paid with one of the other payment methods.

Yes, it’s possible to redeem multiple gift cards in one go. It’s also possible to combine your gift card(s) with a discount code.

If you are unable to redeem your gift card, please make sure that you have entered the code correctly without any spaces left at the end of the gift card code.

Unfortunately, it can happen that your order is refused by Klarna. Due to privacy reasons, the reason for the refusal will not be disclosed to JOSH V by Klarna. For more information about the refusal, please contact Klarna’s customer service.

In order to receive your order anyway, we advise you to place a new order and choose a different payment method.
