How do I recognise an official JOSH V webshop?

There are currently fake webshops active that are pretending to be JOSH V. Our official webshop is always www.joshv.com. Please make sure the URL ends with joshv.com before placing an order. Be extra cautious of unrealistically high discounts, unusual layouts or unclear contact details. Are you unsure about a website, advertisement or email? My voucher code or promo code isn’t working. What can I do?

To use your voucher code or promotional code, it is important that you are logged in with your member account. Log in before you proceed to checkout. Only then can you enter your code and the discount will be applied automatically.

Please note: always use the email address to which you received the discount code.

Can I still change or cancel my order after confirmation?

Once your order has been confirmed, unfortunately it is no longer possible to change or cancel it.
This means that neither the delivery address nor the selected items can be adjusted afterwards.

When will my order be delivered?

Did you place your order on a working day before 22:00? Then it will be shipped the same day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Once your parcel has been sorted by the carrier at the sorting center, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a track & trace code so you can track your parcel.

Please note: During sale periods and holidays, delivery may take longer than you are used to. Once your parcel has been sorted by the carrier, you will receive the track & trace details by email. Keep an eye on these for the most up-to-date information about your parcel.
