Did you place your order on a working day before 22:00? Then it will be shipped the same day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Once your parcel has been sorted by the carrier at the sorting center, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a track & trace code so you can track your parcel.

Please note: During sale periods and holidays, delivery may take longer than you are used to. Once your parcel has been sorted by the carrier, you will receive the track & trace details by email. Keep an eye on these for the most up-to-date information about your parcel.

Once your order has been placed, unfortunately it is no longer possible to change or cancel it.

To use your voucher code or promotional code, it’s important that you are logged in with your member account. Please log in before you go to checkout. Only then can you enter your code and the discount will be applied automatically.
