You can earn points in several ways:

Adding your birthday to your online account: Receive 10 points.
Adding your phone number to your online account: Receive 10 points.
Your points are valid for 12 months from the moment they become active in your member account (after the 40-day processing time period).
Points will be added to your account 40 days after your purchase, once the after the 40-day processing time period has expired. You can find your point balance in your account under ‘My JOSH V Membership’.
You can view your point balance by logging into your account on our website. Under ‘My JOSH V Membership’ you can see your current point balance.

No, you do not receive points for shipping costs, transaction fees or purchases of a JOSH V gift card.
Once you have saved enough points, you will automatically receive a voucher in your account within 24 hours. This can be found under ‘My Vouchers’ in your account. You will also receive an email about your earned voucher.
