There is parking available in the immediate vicinity of the brand store (Laren city center). Please note: it is a blue zone, which means you will need a parking disc, and the maximum parking duration is 2 hours.

Brandstore Den Bosch

There is parking available near the brand store, including parking garages and various on-street locations in the city center of 's-Hertogenbosch.** Most zones require paid parking. Recommended options include the St. Jan Garage and the Arena Garage.

Is it possible to return my JOSHV.com purchase in the brand stores?
Returning Your JOSHV.com Purchase in a Brand Store

Yes, it is possible to return your purchase from JOSHV.com at one of our brand stores. The standard 14-day return period also applies here.

Please make sure to prepare your return completely at home, just as you would for a postal return. Items must be returned within the return period, and must be unworn, undamaged, and have the original tags attached. Be sure to include the original packing slip with your return. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns without the packing slip.

After handing in your return at a brand store, you will receive a proof of return by email. The purchase amount of the returned items will then be refunded within 10 business days via the original payment method.
If you paid (partially) with a Fashioncheque or a JOSH V gift card, the refunded amount will be returned to the same card.

How is the refund processed for my return in the brand stores?

You will receive the refund for the returned items via the same payment method you used for your original purchase. If you paid (partially) with a Fashioncheque or a JOSH V gift card, the amount will be refunded to the same card.

How can I exchange or return my brand store purchase?

A purchase made in one of our brand stores can be exchanged or returned within 14 days at either of our brand store locations.
This is only possible upon presentation of the original receipt.

Please ensure that the items are unworn, undamaged, and have the original tags attached.

Important: Purchases made in a brand store can only be returned in-store and not via our online return process.

My brand store purchase has a defect. What should I do?

We're Sorry to Hear About the Issue with Your Purchase! We’re here to help and will gladly work with you to find a suitable solution.

Complaints regarding brand store purchases are handled by our brand store team. We recommend that you visit one of our brand stores with the damaged item, so our team can assess the issue together with you and determine the best course of action.

Please don’t forget to bring the original receipt.

Does the brand store offer an alteration and repair service?

For any requests regarding alterations or repairs of your brand store purchase, we kindly refer you to our brand store team. They will be happy to assist you and explore the available options together with you.

Is the JOSH V Society also valid in the brand stores?

Yes, absolutely! If you have a JOSH V account, you are automatically a member of the JOSH V Society.
This means you earn JV Luxury Credits with every purchase both on JOSHV.com and in our brand stores.

Is it possible to redeem my JV Luxury Credits for a reward in the brand stores?

In our brand stores, you can redeem your JV Luxury Credits for the following rewards, with a minimum spend of €50.00:

  • 2,800 credits for a €5.00 voucher

  • 5,000 credits for a €10.00 voucher

  • 10,000 credits for a €20.00 voucher

  • 15,000 credits for a €30.00 voucher

All other rewards are exclusively available online via the reward shop on JOSHV.com.

I received an online discount code. Can I redeem it in the brand stores?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to redeem online discount codes in our brand stores, unless stated otherwise in the respective email.

Is the stock on JOSHV.com the same as in the brand stores?

The webshop and our brand stores each have their own stock. Is an item sold out on JOSHV.com? It might still be available in one of our brand stores, and vice versa.

Yes, Absolutely! We Offer Two Types of JOSH V Gift Cards:

1. The Brand Store Gift Card

This is a physical gift card, available exclusively in JOSH V brand stores and can only be redeemed in-store.

Please visit or contact one of our brand stores for availability and more information about this gift card.

2. The E-Gift Card

This is available exclusively online at JOSHV.com and can only be redeemed on our website.

What are the general terms and conditions of a brand store gift card?
  • The brand store gift card is a physical card and is valid for 2 years from the date of issue.

  • It can be used for the entire JOSH V assortment available in our brand stores.

  • The gift card can be used in full or in multiple transactions it does not need to be spent all at once.

  • The gift card is not personal and can be used by anyone in possession of it.

  • In case of damage or theft, the card cannot be replaced. Please keep it safe.

  • The brand store gift card is only valid in JOSH V brand stores. You can find the store locations here.

  • The gift card is not valid on JOSHV.com or at partner stores.
