Is there parking available at the brandstore?

There is parking available in the immediate vicinity of the brandstore (in the center of Laren). Please note that this concerns parking in a blue zone. You will need a blue parking disc for this and the maximum parking time is 2 hours.

What payment methods are available at the brandstore?

We accept the following payment methods in our brandstore:

  • Debit card

  • Cash

  • Credit card (excluding Amex)

It is not possible to redeem an online gift card in the brandstore.

Is it possible to return my JOSHV.com purchase in the brandstore?

Yes, it is possible to return your JOSHV.com purchase in our brandstore. We have a 21-day return policy for both online and in store purchases.

We kindly ask you to fully prepare your return for shipment at home. Make sure to return the items unworn, undamaged, and with the attached labels and don't forget to attach the packing slip. We are unable to process your return without the packing slip.

After dropping off your JOSHV.com return in the brandstore, you will receive proof of return by email. Within 10 business days after dropping of your return, you will receive the purchase amount of the returned items back via the payment method you used upon purchase. If you paid (partially) with a Fashioncheque or JOSH V gift card, the amount will be refunded back to the same card.

How can I return or exchange my brandstore purchase?

A brandstore purchase may be exchanged or returned in our brandstore within the 14-day return period. This can only be done upon presentation of the original receipt. Additionally, please ensure that you return the items unworn, undamaged and with the attached tags.

Please note! Brandstore purchases can only be returned in the Brandstore itself.

I have a complaint regarding my brandstore purchase. What steps should I take?

We're sorry to hear that there's something wrong with your purchase! Of course, we'd be happy to assist you in finding a suitable solution. Complaints regarding brandstore purchases are handled by our brandstore team. Therefore, we recommend that you take the damaged item to our brandstore, so our brandstore team can assist you in finding a suitable solution. Please don't forget to bring along the original receipt.

Does the brandstore offer alteration and repair services?

For inquiries regarding repairing or altering your brandstore purchase, we kindly refer you to our brandstore team. They will be happy to assist you and explore the available options.

Additionally, we offer alteration and repair services for all JOSH V items, regardless of where you purchased them, through the ReShare sewing workshops located in the ReShare stores.

Does the JOSH V Society apply to the brandstore as well?

Yes, of course! If you have a JOSH V account, you are automatically a member of the JOSH V Society. This means that you earn JV Luxury Credits with all your purchases on both JOSHV.com and in our brandstore.

Is it possible to redeem my JV Luxury Credits for a reward in the brandstore?

In our brandstore, we offer you the opportunity to redeem your JV Luxury Credits for the rewards listed below. A minimum spending of €50.00 applies for both these rewards.

  • 2800 credits for a €5.00 voucher

  • 5000 credits for a €10.00 voucher

The remaining rewards are only available online through the reward shop on JOSHV.com.

I received an online discount code. Can this also be redeemed in the brandstore?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to redeem online discount codes in our brandstore, unless stated otherwise in the respective email.

Is the JOSHV.com stock the same as in the brandstore?

Our webshop and brandstore each have their own inventory. If an item is no longer available on JOSHV.com, it may still be available in the brandstore and vice versa.
