My return was not processed within 10 business days. What should I do now?

The return confirmation may have ended up in your spam mailbox. If this is not the case and your parcel was returned more than 10 business days ago, we would like to advise you to email us at [email protected] or contact us by telephone on +31 (0)20 218 48 21. Always keep your order number and tracking information close. Without these details we can unfortunately not guarantee that we can process the return.

I have a complaint about my purchase. What should I do now?

If you have a complaint regarding your purchase, please send us an email. It is important to mention your order number in this email and to add a photo on which the reason of your complaint is clearly visible. You may send this to [email protected].

Not all items that I have ordered have been delivered. What should I do now?

If the package you have received is incomplete, we kindly ask you to contact us. This can be done by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or by calling 020 218 48 21.

I have received a damaged item. What should I do now?

If you have received a damaged item, please send an email to [email protected]. Please do remember to mention your order number in this e-mail and to add a photo on which the damage is clearly visible.
