Shipment & delivery

How do I know that my order was successfully processed?

As soon as your order has been successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. When your parcel has left our warehouse, you will receive a second e-mail containing the track and trace code. With this code you can track your parcel until delivery.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany:
If you place an order above €50.00, you don’t have to pay any shipping costs. If you place an order with a total amount below €50.00, shipping costs of €4.99 will be charged.

Other countries:
The shipping costs for shipments outside the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany will be shown during the completion of your order.

When can I expect my order?

The Netherlands & Belgium: If you have placed your order before 22:00 on a business day, your package will be delivered on the next day. (with an exception on Sundays and public holidays).

Germany: If you have placed your order before 12:00 on a business day, your package will be delivered on the next day. (with an exception on Sundays and public holidays).

Luxemburg: If you have placed your order before 16:00 on a business day, your package will be delivered on the next day. (with an exception on Sundays and public holidays).

Denmark & France: If you have placed your order before 16:00 on a business day, your package will be delivered in 2 days. (with an exception on Sundays and public holidays).

Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Czech republic: If you have placed your order before 16:00 on a business day, your package will be delivered in 3 days. (with an exception on Sundays and public holidays).

Greece, Finland, Lithuania, Romania, Croatia: If you have placed your order before 16:00 on a business day, your package will be delivered in 4 days. (with an exception on Sundays and public holidays).

Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia: If you have placed your order before 16:00 on a business day, your package will be delivered in 5 days. (with an exception on Sundays and public holidays).

As soon as your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing the track and trace code with which you can track your parcel. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the deliverer will try to deliver the parcel to your neighbours. If this delivery fails also, the parcel will be returned to our logistics centre or, if possible, delivered to a postal location near you.

*During the sale period or other promotions, the delivery of your package may take a little longer. Keep an eye on the track and trace information for further updates regarding your package.

What is the estimated delivery time for the JOSH V Mascha planner?

You can choose between the following delivery options:

  • Default shipping: 2 to 3 business days

  • Letterbox post: 5 to 10 business days

You will receive your track & trace code within 3 business days. Please keep in mind that the delivery status for letterbox post is just an indication. When the delivery status changes to ‘’delivered’’, it can still take up to 3 business days for your package to actually arrive. 

My package was not delivered. What should I do now?

There might be a delay at the carrier. We therefore advise you to check the track and trace information first.
