What are the return costs for my item(s)?

When you register your return, the portal will display the exact amount based on your location. These costs will be settled during the return process.

Can I return multiple orders in one package?

Yes, it’s possible to return multiple orders in one package. It’s important that the packing slips for all the orders you’re combining are included in the parcel.

To ensure the return is processed correctly, please also provide the order numbers of the combined orders, along with details of which items you’re returning, the reason for the return, and which order number you have already registered, so we can register the return properly.

My return has not been processed within 10 business days. What should I do now?

The return confirmation may unfortunately end up in your spam folder, so we recommend checking this carefully.

Has your parcel been returned more than 10 business days ago, but you still haven’t received a return confirmation? If so, we kindly advise you to email us at [email protected] or contact us by phone at +31 (0)20 218 48 21. Please always have your order number and track & trace details at hand. Without this information, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that we will be able to process your return.

Is it possible to return my JOSHV.com purchase in the brand store?

At this time, unfortunately, it is not possible to return or exchange online purchases in our brand stores. Online returns can only be processed via our online return procedure. Simply register your return in the return portal.

Is it possible to return swimwear/jewelry?

For items where hygiene is important, such as swimwear and jewelry, these cannot be returned for health protection reasons if they do not meet the requirements below.

Swimwear must be:

  • Unworn

  • Undamaged

  • Fitted with the original hygiene strip and attached labels

If the swimwear meets the requirements above, it may be registered and returned within the 14-day return period.

Jewelry must be:

  • Unworn

  • Undamaged

  • Returned in the original jewelry box (you may, of course, open the jewelry box to view the item)

Can I exchange my item(s)?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item directly for another item. If you would like to receive a different color, size, or a completely different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the item that is not to your liking.

Is it possible to return a discounted item?

Both items from the new collection and discounted items may be returned within the 14-day return period.

Please make sure you return the products unworn, undamaged, and with the attached labels. If an item does not meet these requirements, a reduction in value of up to 100% may be deducted from your refund.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

I chose Klarna as the payment method. Do I have to pay my invoice when I return my item(s)?

You do not have to pay the full Klarna invoice when you return (part of) your order. To avoid additional charges, it is important to register your return via the Klarna app. You can also do this by contacting them by phone or via chat. Klarna will then pause the invoice until your return has been processed by us.

Once your return shipment has been processed and you have received a return confirmation, the Klarna invoice will also be adjusted. You will receive the updated invoice within three working days after your return has been processed.

How can I return my item(s)?

By law, the consumer is responsible for a return shipment. That’s why we recommend insuring the shipment by selecting the insurance option at checkout. This ensures the purchase amount is reimbursed by the insurance company if the parcel is lost or damaged.

We recommend returning items via our return service. If you choose another method, we cannot investigate in case of loss or damage.

What is your return period?

We have a 14-day return period. Items must be registered and returned within this period, unworn, undamaged, and with the attached labels.

When will my return shipment be processed?

We will refund the purchase amount for the returned items as soon as possible, but no later than within 10 working days after you register your return. Once your return shipment has been processed, you will receive a return confirmation at the email address you provided when placing your order.
