I received a damaged item. What should I do now?

We’re ready to resolve this for you as quickly as possible. In that case, please contact us directly via [email protected]. Include your order number, specify which item it concerns, and add clear photos of the damage. This way, our team can review your request carefully and work with you to find the best solution.

Not all items I ordered have been delivered. What should I do now?

If the parcel you received is incomplete, please contact us within 5 working days. You can do this by emailing [email protected] or by calling +31 (0)20 218 48 21.

My item is damaged or has a defect. What can I do?

If your purchase has a defect, you can email us about it. It’s important to include your order number in the email and attach a photo where the issue is clearly visible. You can send this to [email protected].

Is it possible to have my JOSH V trousers shortened or lengthened?

Yes, this is possible! Our trousers are made to fit the height of the average Dutch woman, which is 171 cm. If you are shorter or taller, almost all JOSH V trousers have an extra hem allowance, so you can easily have the trousers lengthened to your perfect length. In addition, in most cases it is also possible to have the trousers shortened if needed.

What is the warranty policy?

At JOSH V, we offer a 6-month warranty period on all our products. If an issue arises within this period, please feel free to contact us by phone or email. We are available Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 17:00.
