What is the JOSH V Member Club?
The JOSH V Member Club is our exclusive loyalty program. As a member, you earn points with every purchase, and with these points, you receive discount vouchers that can be redeemed on joshv.com and/or in our brand stores. In addition, as a member of the JOSH V Member Club, you benefit from various special perks and exclusive events.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points in several ways:
Shopping: With every purchase on joshv.com and/or in our brand stores, you automatically earn points (after the 30-day return period). You receive 1 point for every €1 you spend.
Registering as a member: Receive 20 points.
Subscribing to the JOSH V newsletter: Receive 10 points.
Adding your birthday to your online account: Receive 10 points.
Adding your phone number to your online account: Receive 10 points.
How long are my points valid?
Your points are valid for 12 months from the moment they become active in your member account (after the 30-day return period).
When will my points be visible in my account?
Points will be added to your account 30 days after your purchase, once the 30-day return period has expired. You can find your point balance in your account under ‘My JOSH V Membership’.
Where can I view my point balance?
You can view your point balance by logging into your account on our website. Under ‘My JOSH V Membership’ you can see your current point balance.
What are pending points/spending?
These are points that will be added to your point balance after the 30-day return period and processing time.
Do I earn points on shipping costs, transaction fees and/or purchases with a JOSH V gift card?
No, you do not earn points on shipping costs, transaction fees or purchases paid with a JOSH V gift card.
How do I redeem my points for a voucher?
Once you have saved enough points, you will automatically receive a voucher in your account within 24 hours. This can be found under ‘My Vouchers’ in your account. You will also receive an email about your earned voucher.
250 points = €5
500 points = €10
1000 points = €20
How long is my voucher valid?
Your voucher is valid for 2 months from the date you receive it. You can find your active, redeemed and expired vouchers under ‘My Vouchers’ in your account.
Can I redeem my vouchers in combination with other discount codes/promotions?
Yes, it is possible to combine vouchers with one personal discount code/promotion
How do I redeem my voucher?
On joshv.com, you can redeem your voucher at checkout. In the brand stores, you can inform the store staff that you have an active voucher in your account. It is possible to combine multiple vouchers with each other.
My voucher code or promotion code isn’t working. What can I do?
To use your voucher code or promotion code, it’s important that you’re logged in with your member account. Log in before going to the checkout. Only then can you enter your code and the discount will be applied automatically.
Which member levels are there and how do I reach them?
Your level is determined based on your purchases over the past 12 months. The higher your level, the more exclusive benefits you receive.
Level 1 – Spectacular: €0 – €249
Level 2 – Incredible: €250 – €999
Level 3 – Iconic: €1000 – €3499
Level 4 – Legendary: €3500+

I created an account in-store; where can I see my level status and point balance?
If you created an account in-store, you also need to register an account on joshv.com with the same email address. This way your profile will be linked, and you can always view your current point balance and level status in your online account. Of course, the store staff can also provide you with your level status and point balance at any time.
