The JOSH V Rosetta dress has an all-over V-print of flock fabric. The fabric of the dress is slightly translucent, but thanks to the included slip dress, the dress does not shine through. The item also has ruffles at the bottom, balloon sleeves and a gold-coloured JOSH V branded button. There is a cord on the collar which you can leave to hang, or tie.
